The Pathology Department, Oslo University Hospital Trust is procuring a BD SlidePrep instrument from Becton Dickinson Norway AS. Lot 1: The procurement concerns one BD SlidePrep instrument for the preparation of liquid-based cytology. The instrument will be used for the preparation and staining of non-gynaecological samples in addition to the preparation and staining of cervical samples in the "Cervical Programme". The instrument will serve as a back-up to the existing instruments for the preparation and staining of cervical samples for the "Cervical Programme". The instrument will function in an existing system consisting of sample preparation instruments and an ICT solution.
