Important dates The Contracting Authority has set up the following time frames for the process: Activity Date Deadline for questions about the tender documentation 02-09-2022 The deadline for the receipt of tenders: 07-09-2022 12:00 Tender opening 07-09-2022 13:00 Evaluation: Weeks 36 - 39 Selection of tenderers and notification to tenderers: 28.09.2022 Holiday 12 days Contract signing 10.10.2022 Period which the tenderer is bound to keep open the tender: 10-01-2023 Attention is drawn to the fact that the dates after the opening of the tenders are preliminary. Any extension of the abidance deadline can only occur with the tenderer's agreement.
