Professional Services Support for Silicon Sands Initiative, Blackpool

Description

Blackpool Council required an advisor to provide strategic, technical, commercial, and stakeholder advisory support to accelerate delivery of the Silicon Sands Initiative. The advisor will support in a number of work package areas including: 1. Promotion of an AI Growth Zone proposition 2. Development of an integrated energy, grid, and digital infrastructure strategy 3. Development of an overarching investment and funding strategy 4. Facilitation of collaboration between public, private, and academic stakeholders. 5. Advise on and support for the selection of investors or developer partners for all key elements of the programme 6. Support with governance, delivery, and financing models appropriate for long-term programme management.
