PURCON 1049- Accommodation Space Management System

Description

Implementation of an Accommodation CRM booking system, inclusive of conferencing package and potential catering management functionality, will continue to facilitate a more efficient process for accommodation facilities management. The new system is expected to support existing student residents and to further increase revenue for the department by driving efficiencies through functionality and greater exposure to the market via 3rd party affiliation. The contract will be in place for 5 years and has been awarded to Academia ltd, via the SUPC SLRA Framework- Software Licence Resellers OJEU Contract Notice 2016/S 136-245852, for the provision of the Star Rez Ltd, accommodation management SaaS.
