Door Entry, Warden Control & CCTV Maintenance EAST0696

Description

Eastlight is looking for a partner to offer a comprehensive service and maintain its existing warden call and door entry systems to our sheltered blocks across Eastlights operational district as well as any additional sites that may be added throughout the contract. The successful tenderer will also maintain our recently installed CCTV systems in our sheltered blocks as well as at our Stores, Braintree and Trinity Court, Halstead. This contract will also involve works to leasehold properties.\r \r The Contract will be for 3 years plus 2 x 12 month option to extend commencing in and will be let under a JCT Measured Term 2016 Contract. \r \r This is to be a fully comprehensive service with all prices to include for an emergency call out service for any repairs, an annual service of each of the systems and a 6 month service for auto door closers. \r
