Tender for the repointing of Social Housing properties in Wiltshire

Selwood Housing have a requirement to repoint 33 properties in the Wiltshire area within the next 12 months and are seeking suitably qualified contractors to complete this work. The work will start in July 24 and be completed by the end of March 25.We have the ambition to appoint up to three contractors to complete this work to provide a degree of resilience and open the opportunity to a wider market. To achieve this aim, we will split the work in to three geographical Lots.
