Description

A Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the manufacturing and/or supply of inlet and outlet copper pipework for Gas Networks Ireland. Applicant shall note that if they are appointed to the Framework Agreement, they will be required to supply either directly to the Gas Networks Ireland or at the Contracting Entity's sole discretion, to the Contracting Entity’s Agents or other authorised contractors on the same terms to the terms of the Framework Agreement. All Applicants to note; in order to pre-qualify they must be able to demonstrate that they can fulfil the requirements for Gas Networks Ireland for the specific lot/lots being applied for. It is envisaged that the scope of products and services of the initial Contract to be drawn-down under the Framework Agreement will be, but are not limited to; Domestic and small Industrial Commercial inlet copper risers and Domestic and small Industrial Commercial outlet hockey sticks and will cover the following: The proposed supply requirements are to be divided into two (2) separate lots as detailed below: Lot 1 – Inlet Copper Risers with sphero-conic adaptors Lot 2 – Outlet Copper Hockey Sticks with B.S. 746 adaptor Applicants can apply for more than one lot. Applicants must clearly identify which lot/lots they are applying for (Section 4). The requirements for the manufacture and/or supply of copper pipe under this Framework Agreement will include arrangements for delivery to GNI Stores located in Cork and Dublin or specified location by the Contracting Entity’s Agents or other authorised contractors.
