Description

Argus Cloud is the Corporation's real estate software used by the Investment Property Group within the City Surveyor's Department to manage the investment property portfolio. The system comprises two core applications: Argus Enterprise, used for valuations and cash flow forecasting, and Argus Developer, used for development appraisals. Argus is a critical system supporting estate planning and investment decision-making. This award is for a further one-year period to maintain service continuity while we prepare to return to the market, either through market engagement or, if no suitable alternatives are identified, a decision to re-award.
