Provision of Lone Working Solution

Description

Angus Council have made a Direct Award via the GCloud 14 Framework for the provision of a Lone Working Device and application. Lot 1: Requirement for a Lone Working device based service to assist staff in their Lone Working environment. Staff safety will be at the forefront of any solution or device and something that will mitigate risk where possible to offer staff a safer working environment in varying job roles across numerous council department and teams. Due to the rural nature of Angus, any device or APP would need the functionality to work for example, where there is potentially no immediate GPS signal to use.
