Description

The supplied, installation and commissioning of a two classroom building with ancillary rooms, with classroom sizes of a minimum of 64m2 at Ysgol Glan Gele, Ffordd y Morfa, Abergele, Conwy, LL22 7NT. For the teaching of 60 pupils of Primary School aged with 2 Teachers and 2 Support Teaching Staff. Work included the installation and connection of services and ancillary works to the classrooms, steps ramps, landings and double handrails with balustrading. The Tender required the provision of a building that is compliant with the current Building Regulations and submit a Building Regulations submission including fees to obtain a Completion Certificate prior to hand over of the works. The building is to be rented for 36 months and requires a maintenance / call out service.
