Description

The works comprise the external repairs and redecorations to corrugated metal roof cladding panels. The Plastisol system is beginning to break down but the roof is not presently leaking. We are seeking a suitable product to be applied to the panels to extend the life of the cladding by a further 15 years. The works are split into 7 distinct areas and tenderers are to submit costs for all areas, although the final scope of the award of contract will be subject to the costs submitted against the available budget. The total budget figure is an estimate of the completion of all seven areas
