LPKF ProtoLaser R4 Lot 1: Ausgeschrieben wird eine laserbasierte Anlage zur Materialstrukturierung für verschiedene Materialsysteme. Die Anlage wird in der Entwicklung neuer Packaging-Konzepte für Quantensysteme verwendet. Das System wird auch für die Entwicklung neuer Höchstfrequenz-Aufbauten eingesetzt. Dabei werden mit Hilfe eines Pikosekundenlasers verschiedenste Materialien im Mikrometerbereich bearbeitet und strukturiert.
