The Contracting Authority is seeking to commission the above opportunity and is inviting you to submit an offer for this. We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and highly experienced multi-disciplinary consultancy team to update Blackpool’s tourism economy baseline and growth forecasts; and to produce a visitor accommodation study update including assessment of future market needs and recommend policy measures to respond to the findings of the study. This study must produce robust evidence to inform strategy, policy and proposals in the new Blackpool Local Plan and this evidence must be capable of withstanding scrutiny and challenge at Examination.
