A. The Trust is looking for an All-Inclusive Legal Service and Legal HR Support Service which:i. Is cost effective and delivers high quality legal support services.ii. Provides transparent all-inclusive pricing which allows accurate budgeting over the term of the Contract. iii. provides a single point of contact for all of the Trust’s legal requirements and management of third-party providers. B. The Trust assesses a Legal service and HR support service that is fully accessible from one or more provider(s), where a relationship can be built and added value can be obtained for a known fixed price is the best operating model.
