Under the terms of the Contract, the Contracting Authority invites tenders to provide the Works for Agreed DDA Extension and Ancillary Works at 5 Ballycopeland Place. The project is for the provision of an Agreed DDA Extension and Ancillary Works at 5 Ballycopeland Place. The estimated duration of the Contract is 16 weeks to commence mid 2026. These works will be taking place to occupied existing property Below Threshold works - Procurement Act does not apply. The work will comprise of the following: The construction of a single storey bedroom rear extension together with associated site works.
