NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Norfolk & Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) intends to award a General Medical Services (GMS) Contract to provide primary medical services and other services from 1st October 2026 following a robust Competitive Process to the following Providers;<br/><br/>Rosedale Surgery for Lot 1 - Kirkley Mill Surgery at Kirkley Mill Health Centre, Lowestoft<br/><br/>East Norfolk Medical Practice for Lot 2 - Nelson Medical Centre, Great Yarmouth: <br/><br/>Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by Midnight on Wednesday 12th August 2026.<br/><br/>Please note the Contracting Authority is listed according to previous ICB structures. NHS Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board now form part of Norfolk & Suffolk Integrated Care Board. Lot 1: C. Key Criteria - Lot 1: Kirkley Mill Surgery NHS Norfolk & Suffolk Integrated Care Board intends to award a General Medical Services (GMS) contract to Rosedale Surgery for the provision of primary medical services and other services at Kirkley Mill Surgery following a robust Competitive Process.<br/><br/>This will be a General Medical Services (GMS) contract held in perpetuity and the service commencement date is 1st October 2026.<br/><br/>The annual contract value will be £900,456 based on (i) a weighted list size of 7,664.68 as of 1st October 2025 and (ii) after the 4.75% deduction for Out of Hours (OOH) (as IC24 deliver the OOH service across Norfolk & Waveney).<br/><br/>This is an existing service and has been awarded to an existing provider.<br/><br/>Please note in terms of the awarded contract value advertised, this is a General Medical Services (GMS) contract held in perpetuity so the figure of £900, 456 is based on the per annum amount. Lot 2: D. Key Criteria - Lot 2 - Nelson Medical Centre NHS Norfolk & Suffolk Integrated Care Board intends to award a General Medical Services (GMS) contract to East Norfolk Medical Practice for the provision of primary medical services and other services at Nelson Medical Centre following a robust Competitive Process.<br/><br/>This will be a General Medical Services (GMS) contract held in perpetuity and the service commencement date is Wednesday 1st October 2026.<br/><br/>The annual contract value will be £715,976 based on (i) a weighted list size of 6,094.38 as of 1st October 2025 and (ii) after the 4.75% deduction for Out of Hours (OOH) (as IC24 deliver the OOH service across Norfolk & Waveney).<br/><br/>This is an existing service and has been awarded to a new provider.<br/><br/>Please note in terms of the awarded contract value advertised, this is a General Medical Services (GMS) contract held in perpetuity so the figure of £715, 976 is based on the per annum amount.
