A cloud-based compliance management system designed specifically for Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to help them manage building compliance more efficiently and effectively. Lot 1: Core System Functionality: The Supplier shall provide the following functionality as part of the True Compliance system: · Automated Data Management: Extraction of key compliance data from certificates and records to eliminate manual data entry. · PDF Reading Technology: Advanced parsing of PDF certificates to extract and validate relevant data fields. · Workflow Management: Allocation, tracking, and management of remedial actions to support timely resolution. · Real-time Dashboards: Customisable dashboards to monitor compliance metrics and performance indicators. · User Access Control: Role-based user permissions with configurable access levels for internal staff and third-party service providers. · Data Backup and Extraction: On-demand data exports and backups for client-held records and evidence.
