P-1179 Night-time Medical and Welfare Support - Pre-Market Engagement

Description

To deliver the provision of a night-time medical and welfare support service to vulnerable people within Manchester city centre required on Friday and Saturday nights. The provision will work with partners to help keep people safe and reduce impact on front-line services. Cover will also be required on Bank/public Holidays/National events and celebrations such as Halloween, New Year Eve etc. In addition to this the service may be required to cover ad hoc events and concerts that take place across the city. Before issuing a detailed specification of our requirements, we plan to conduct a preliminary market engagement exercise.
