Description

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Soft Facilities Management Services. The service areas covered are, but not limited to catering, pest control, car parking and traffic management, cleaning, drain cleaning and maintenance, window cleaning, deep cleaning, ground maintenance and winter gritting and a full soft FM managed service. This framework agreement is intended to provide a one stop shop for organisations Soft FM requirements, with suppliers selected for their experience and ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services and works that combine quality and value and compliance. A call off order may be placed by direct award, or following a further competition.
