Repair and maintenance services

Description

NI Water are seeking to award a contract to a single provider for MEICA services which entails: — ICA, mechanical and electrical planned maintenance; An ICA, mechanical and electrical first response reactive repair service; Any other required ICA, mechanical and electrical installation, repair or maintenance services; Integration of both parties work management systems to provide real time status updates on the compliance with response times, progress and completion times of the service; the provision of all required management information reports of applicable data associated with providing the service; processing of payment application using the employer’s cost to serve processes and procedures; due to the nature of the service, the Ccntractor must be contactable 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
