In general, the contractor shall be able to take care of the maintenance work and projects through the framework agreement. Relevant work assignments are: — Road, water and sewage works, — Asphalt work, — Excavation work, — Masonry, plastering and tiling works, pavement, — Concrete works, — Metal works, welding, — Pigging and drilling, — Track work, — Engineering design of technical solutions. The contractor must be able to procure all of the necessary requirement for all relevant assignments. This also concerns necessary safety and sign age material. The contractor must also provide the preparation of the sign plan and roadwork signs. The contractor procures materials. The mark-up shall be 10 %. In certain circumstances the material for the projects can be procured by the Contracting Authority. This will be agreed from assignment to assignment.
