Quantifying UKHO’s Value to UK PLC

This requirement arises from a strategic need to better understand and communicate UKHO’s value proposition to stakeholders internally, across government and industry and to wider society UKHO has a Public Task that defines the reasons for its existence, however the activities included in this are so diverse that it is difficult to quantify value that the organisation provides. Making it difficult to communicate with staff, our board, owners and wider stakeholder groups including Government and the public. This requirement is for the production of a value report.
