Provision of: Community Urgent Eyecare (CUES) in St Helens, Warrington, Knowsley, Halton, Sefton, Cheshire East and Cheshire West Glaucoma Referral Refinement (GRR) in St Helens, Halton, Sefton, Cheshire East and Liverpool Pre-Cataract Operation Assessment Services in St Helens, Halton, Sefton and Cheshire East Single Point of Access triage service across Cheshire & Merseyside ICB area. Lot 1: NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB intend to award a 2 year contract with an option to extend for 1 year via Direct Award C to the incumbent provider to deliver: Community Urgent Eyecare (CUES) in St Helens, Warrington, Knowsley, Halton, Sefton, Cheshire East and Cheshire West Glaucoma Referral Refinement (GRR) in St Helens, Halton, Sefton, Cheshire East and Liverpool Pre-Cataract Operation Assessment Services in St Helens, Halton, Sefton and Cheshire East Single Point of Access triage service across Cheshire & Merseyside ICB area. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2026, expire on 31st March 2028, with an option to extend for 1 year with a revised expiry date of 31st March 2029. The contract has an annual contract value of £3,337,203.
