Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspections across council housing stock to meet statutory fire safety duties under the Fire Safety Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021 and Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, delivered over a three-year contract via a framework mini competition. Lot 1: Provision of Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspections for residential housing stock to ensure compliance with statutory fire safety requirements, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022.
