Key customer outcomes - work will be planned (except emergency work) with the STSC planner who will determine the work required for the following week where possible taking into account any safety priorities. The successful contractor will be required to attend this weekly meeting. Planned work will be completed as agreed to allow wider site plans to be completed within timescales, any changes to planned work will be via STSC planner. The contract duration shall be for a period of 1 year with the option to extend for a further 1-year period. A brief summary of the requirements has been provided above, please ensure you review full details of this requirement.
