Support to Magenta Livings internal Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in the delivery of the Overflow repairs and maintenance Works that cannot be undertaken by the DLO either due to peaks in demand or in respect of specialist requirement The scope of the Works comprises the following Workstreams: • Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours) across all trades including electrical works but excluding gas and heating works. • Out of Hours Emergency Works • Void Property Works Void Property Works will be limited to providing support to the DLO on an as and when needed basis when peaks and trough's arise
