Description
Alvdal and Folldal municipalities intend to enter into an agreement with Malthe Winje Automasjon AS for the upgrading of the software system to the current operational control system. The operational control system is delivered by Malthe Winje Automasjon AS and the units are communicating in a proprietary protocol. This means that the current supplier can only deliver the software. Objections must be submitted through the Mercell communication module by 15 August at 12:00 local time. Lot 1: The contracting authority has an existing communication system for PLCs supplied by Malthe Winje. To be able to use the same PLCs, the contracting authority is dependent on the software system being delivered by the current supplier.
