Market Warming Event - Devon Wide Oral Health Workforce Training Service (Reference: PUB25134)

Devon, Plymouth and Torbay Councils are working collaboratively to commission and procure a new Devon wide oral health training service. This is an exciting opportunity to have a Devon wide service delivering oral health training across the whole of Devon supported by oral health leads from each Local Authority. As part of our commissioning process we are holding a virtual market warming event to discuss the proposed new service with potential providers. We will use the feedback from the session to help shape and refine the Specification. Please hold this date/time for the market warming event: Friday 17th October 2025 between 1:00pm - 3:00pm. • The session will be held online via Teams, and will be recorded. • Devon, Plymouth, and Torbay Councils will present the new service and the aims of the service elements. • Torbay Council’s Procurement support will provide a short overview of the use of Pro-Contract. • There will be a facilitated discussion around the elements of the new service. • Time will be given for providers to ask questions. Please note: Any interested providers who wish to attend the market warming event on the 17th October 2025, should express their interest here, but also please email [email protected] and [email protected] to express interest in attending the event. This will then secure attendees places and provide us with the details to email the Teams meeting invitation. Before the event on the 17th October, we will share an agenda for the session and a document outlining the new service, so providers can have sight of this and come prepared with questions and feedback. A Teams meeting invitation link will also be sent to each interested provider who has emailed us confirming their interest. Any questions about the event should be submitted via ProContract’s Messaging facility. All questions submitted via ProContract’s messaging facility will be answered and the responses will be shared with all potential providers.
