Framework agreement, temporary staff service for the nursing and care sector

Description

The call for tenders involves the supply of temporary staff for the nursing and care sector. The contracting authority primarily needs substitute doctors, nurses and health workers during illness, leave of absence, holidays and for special ad-hoc assignments. The assignments will be of varying length. Lot 1: The contracting authority in this framework agreement is the following legal entities: - Nore og Uvdal municipality - Flesberg municipality - Gran municipality - Hemsedal municipality - Jevnaker municipality - Lunner municipality The framework agreement shall be entered as a parallel framework agreement and must also cover other legal entities such as municipal enterprises and other organisations subject to municipal administration. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The municipality's need for temporary staff services is estimated based on historical and experiential needs. The value of the agreement is estimated to NOK 10 218 624 excluding VAT per annum. This is the total value for all six municipalities. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. The aim is to enter into parallel framework agreements in accordance with the waterfall method, i.e., the tenderer with the best ranking result will be asked first and so forth. The agreement period is 2 years with an option for 1 +1 year extension.
