Provision of Estates Cleaning Services for Winchester City Council. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 April 2025 for 3 years with an option to extend for a further two year period until 2030 (3+2). Lot 1: Winchester City Council are inviting tenders for the Provision of Estates Cleaning Services. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 April 2025 for 3 years with an option to extend for a further two year period until 2030 (3+2). Winchester City Council requires a cleaning services company to provide efficient and high quality cleaning, at its main council office building, the historic Winchester Guildhall, and several office / work place locations within the city limits. The locations are the following: a. City Offices, Colebrook Street, SO23 9LJ b. West Wing of Guildhall, Broadway, Winchester, SO23 9GH c. Guildhall, Broadway, Winchester SO23 9GH (including occasional out of hours service to clean the Guildhall following events hosted in its various function rooms), d. Cipher House, Moorside Rd, Winchester SO23 7RX e. Abbey House The Broadway, High Street, Winchester, SO23 9BE f. 68 St Georges, 68 St Georges Street, Winchester, SO23 8AH g. CWR, 4b Middlebrook St, Winchester SO23 8AQ The supplier must have the following certification: ISO9001 An accredited H&S certification. ISO 14001
