This engagement is to engage with the wider market to define the scope and requirements for the re-procurement of the current framework agreement Total Technology Solutions (NOE.0552). The Total Technology Solutions framework offers contracting authorities the ability to purchase ICT solutions from a range of market providers to include non-clinical hardware, software and services both in isolation or in any combination as part of a complete solution. Prior to issuing a Tender Notice (UK4) NOE CPC are issuing this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (UK 2) to seek engagement from potential bidders on the scope of the replacement framework by completing this survey: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/VWE2B4/ The deadline for completion is: Friday 1 August 2025. NOE CPC intend to issue a tender under the Procurement Act 2023 to establish a Framework following the open competitive procedure procurement route.
