Creation of e-Learning Content

Description

The EUIPO Academy is seeking to conclude a framework contract (FWC) (whose specific contracts will be implemented partially in cascade and partially with the reopening of competition) with a maximum of three contractors for the design and development (i.e. creation) of e-learning content. This includes, among others, the creation of quick guides, infographics, simulations, videos and quizzes. Lot 1: The contractor’s main responsibilities in relation to the services to be provided will be: • analysis of the Office’s e-learning needs; • validation of the content for e-learning resources (in collaboration with the requester); • instructional design of the e-learning resources; • graphic design of the e-learning resources; • development of the e-learning resources according to the defined requirements and storyboards; • development of autodiagnostic and evaluation tests, including both formative and summative evaluations; • testing of the resources; • evaluation, quality assurance and control of the whole process; • maintenance and update of existing resources; • translation and/or integration of translated material to the resources; • standardisation and packaging allowing traceability of the user’s activity (i.e. SCORM 1.2) and easy integration into the Office’s LMS (learning management system); • administrative and management tasks linked to this contract, such as project management, progress reporting, attendance at meetings, training personnel, evaluation of the services, etc.
