New Tøyenbadet (Tøyen Swimming Pool) — K400 Electrical Contract

Oslo Municipality c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of 'New Tøyen Swimming Pool - electrical contract K400' — new notice. The procurement comprises a contract for electrotechnical work for the establishment of the New Tøyen Swimming Pool, based on NS 8405, as well as Oslo Municipality's accompanying contract formula. The work also include special coordination with the contract for delivery and assembly of steel pools and water treatment systems for all pools, as well as indoor and outdoor slides. The new swimming pool is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The New Tøyen Swimming Pool will be Oslo's largest and best swimming pool with a varied swimming offer. The facility will contain both an indoor facility (approx. 15 000 m) and an outdoor bathing facility. The project is divided into multiple contracts. This contract is for K400 Electrical Contract: Electrotechnical work. See the tender documentation and annexes. Lot 1: The New Tøyen Swimming Pool is planned to replace the current Tøyen Swimming Pool. The Tøyen Swimming Pool has been demolished and a new, modern swimming facilities will be established on the same site. Groundworks are performed in a separate contract that begins in 2021 and finished in autumn 2021. The new swimming pool is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The New Tøyen Swimming Pool will be Oslo's largest and best swimming pool with a varied swimming offer. The facility will contain both an indoor facility (approx. 15 000 m) and an outdoor bathing facility. The project is divided into multiple contracts. This procurement concerns K400 Electrical Contract. The contractual relationship will be governed in accordance with NS 8405 and the associated standard contract terms for Oslo Municipality.
