Pipeline Project Manager Consultancy (Small Sites)

Description

To provide Project Management (PM/EA) services, including the coordination and management of a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Team (MDCT). The MDCT shall provide specialist technical consultancy services in relation to the redevelopment of the Westminster City Council 'Small Sites'. Lot 1: The consultant will be responsible for the management of all supporting consultancy services identified below, in addition to its duties. Providing of standard services. • Project Manager • Employers Agent • Act as Lead Consultant for the Multi-Disciplinary team. In addition to the above supporting technical services expected under the PM instruction include: • Sustainability and Energy Strategies • MEP Strategy – including ventilation, air quality, over heating and cooling • Structural and Civil Engineering Strategies • Building and Estate Management Strategies • Transport Strategy – highways including stopping up proposals, parking, access, egress and new connection proposals • Landscaping Strategy – including security, green spaces, open spaces, public realm, external event space, infrastructure, drainage, play and exercise spaces • Sunlight/Daylight and Rights of Light • Servicing Strategy • Fire Strategy • Acoustic Strategy Additional information: This award was competed via conducting a further competition under the ESPO Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice and Management Services Framework.
