Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] requests tenders for the following assignments: Project 1148703 NTNU Campus co-location - procurement of a document manager. Tenderers must state in the tender form whether the candidate will work in Oslo or Trondheim. Travelling between Oslo and Trondheim will be required. We would like the start-up of the assignment to be 15.01.2023, but Statsbygg is open for a gradual phasing in so that the right candidate can be found. The resource will be used by Statsbygg in a 100% position. The contract will be valid for one year, with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time or until the project is completed. Statsbygg retains the right to cancel the contract with three months warning. Lot 1: The project will bring together large parts of NTNU's campus in Trondheim to the area on and around Gløshaugen. This involves relocation of the specialist environments currently located at Dragvoll (the humanities and social science subjects). The limit for the project is estimated to be approx. NOK 6 billion. Statsbygg thus needs a document manager for the NTNU Campus co-location project in a 100% position. There can be periods with less work. Statsbygg thus needs a document manager. The competence requirements for the role are: - Relevant professional education, possibly education at Bachelor level, ideally in archive subjects or information systems. Longer relevant experience can compensate for formal competence requirements. - Experience from project work with document management and information systems, ideally from projects within the building and construction industry, or other relevant industries with major and complex projects. - We would like experience from a public builder and experience with the Archive Act.
