Appointment of Producer for Seasonal Pantomime

East Ayrshire Leisure Trust require to appoint a professional organisation to produce the seasonal Pantomime. Lot 1: East Ayrshire Leisure Trust require to appoint a professional organisation to produce the seasonal pantomime. The Trust's aim is to further improve the reputation and standard of the pantomime to meet increasing customer demand. The Service Provider shall be responsible for staging the seasonal pantomime at a Big Top venue located in Kilmarnock (it should be noted that the usual venue for pantomimes will be closed for refurbishment for seasons 2024, 2025 and 2026). The required service shall be inclusive of all performances, all rehearsals, promotional activities as agreed with the Theatre Management and the provision of necessary staff as detailed in the tender documents.
