Review existing strategic system projects. Produce an IT architecture and strategy. Where the supplied staff will work No specific location (for example they can work remotely) Why the work is being done a. This project will align to our Corporate Plan and Digital Strategy, focusing on customer impact, process simplification, and digital service improvement. To present this alignment visually to senior leaders and create a clear roadmap, considering the following approach: a. Strategic Alignment a. Customer-Centric Services  Map current services  Identify high-impact areas including duplication of data/ systems  Highlight potential efficiency gains and cost savings a. Technology Roadmap a. Current Technology Assessment  Inventory existing systems, infrastructure and data  Evaluate each system's utilisation and ROI potential to prioritise consolidation  Evaluate technology capabilities against strategic goals  Identify gaps and areas for improvement a. Future Technology Vision • Research emerging technologies relevant to your industry • Align potential tech investments with long-term business objectives • Create a phased approach for technology adoption a. Visual Presentation a. To effectively communicate findings to senior leaders: a. Create a strategic alignment matrix showing how systems and proposed architecture maps to Corporate Plan and Digital Strategy objectives. Develop a timeline-based roadmap highlighting key milestones, dependencies, and expected outcomes. • Use infographics to illustrate the current vs. future state of technology. a. By presenting this comprehensive yet visually appealing roadmap, you'll provide senior leaders with a clear understanding of how the project aligns with strategic goals. This approach will facilitate informed decision-making and help prioritise initiatives for maximum impact. The business problem you need to solve a. To address the challenges of managing approximately 80 systems with duplication, siloed working, and limited data-driven decision-making capabilities, we have recently purchased Salesforce as a consolidation platform and wish to develop a clear enterprise architecture roadmap. Challenges and Opportunities Data Silos and Duplication: Fragmented systems lead to inefficiencies, inconsistent data quality, and restricted access, hindering collaboration and informed decision-making. Siloed Working: Organisational silos mirror technological silos, creating barriers to cross-departmental communication and integration. Decision-Making Limitations: Incomplete data and lack of unified systems impede the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions. b. Enterprise Architecture Roadmap An enterprise architecture model will provide clarity on current systems, prioritise consolidation efforts, and guide future technology decisions. The roadmap should include: c. Rationalisation: Standardise technology across departments to reduce complexity and improve compatibility. d. Optimisation: Consolidate systems into fewer platforms using Salesforce, focusing on high-impact areas such as CRM, analytics, and reporting. First user type: You will work closely with the management tiers within ICT. As the scope of the project includes a review of the majority of our ICT solutions and architecture, this will affect almost all of our workforce. Questions and Clarifications 0. For the responses to the three skills and experience questions, is there a maximum word count? There are 2 essentials skills defined. Is the character count 750 for both or 750 each. It is not clear in the document as there is only one text box. Further to the previous communication, we would like to confirm that the word count is 750 words and not characters: 750 words total for the responses to the three skills and experience questions. 750 words total for the 2 essentials skills. Apologies for any confusion. Last Updated: 03 April 2025, 14:16 1. (a) please clarify whether you require 750 words, or 750 characters (b) please confirm whether the 750 words (or characters) applies to each individual question, or all three i.e. 250 words/characters each? Or 750 words/characters for the two essential skills and if so, what is the word/character count for the nice-to-have skills question? 750 words, not characters. Essential skills and Experience = 375 WORDS for each of the two questions, totalling 750 Nice-to-have skills and experience = 500 WORDS (1 question only) Last Updated: 03 April 2025, 14:34
