The Supply of Services Relating to the Receipt, Processing, Treatment, Recycling and Disposal of Street Sweepings Waste

arc21 is procuring, in two Lots, the provision of services relating to the receipt, processing, treatment, recycling and disposal of street sweepings delivered directly by the Relevant Member Councils or their contractors to the Tenderers Delivery Site(s). Lot 1 predominantly incorporates street sweepings waste arising from Belfast City Council with an estimated annual tonnage of 3,500 tonnes. Lot 2 predominantly incorporates street sweeping waste from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council and Mid and East Antrim Borough Council with an estimated annual tonnage of 6,000 tonnes. The appointed Contractor(s) will also be responsible for collating and reporting data and reporting performance relevant to the Contract including providing details and supporting information related to the recycling rate and for all outputs to final destination. The estimated value is based on the gate fee received by the successful tenderer, multiplied by the current forecasts of tonnage and incorporates an adjustment for indexation.
