Incommunities Asbestos Removals Works

Description

Asbestos Removals works to their housing stock (Void and tenant occupied properties) as instructed by the Employer. The Contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a 2 year fixed term with two, one year extension options. There is no volume or workflow guarantee but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works between 0.01 and 400000.00 pa indicatively split 50 / 50 between the 2 Contracts. The underlying contract(s) are awarded via a direct selection from Lot 4 (Asbestos Removal Works (Licenced and Unlicenced)) of the EN:Procure GEN4 Framework Agreement for Asbestos, Demolition & Water Hygiene Works.
