Ved nærværende udbud ønsker Ordregiver at indhente tilbud på NaOH 27,6% bulk. Ordregiver forventer et årligt forbrug på 2.800 tons, dog maksimalt 3.100 tons om året. Modtageanlægget består af to tanke, som hver rummer 42 m3. Når en tank er ved at være tom, bliver en ny forsendelse bestilt. Tilbudsgiver skal forvente at levere NaOH 27,6% bulk til én tank på 42 m3 gennemsnitligt én gang om ugen. Formålet med aftalen er at blødgøre drikkevandet der leveres til borgerne på Frederiksberg.
