Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme Booking and Data Solution

Description

HAF (Holiday Activity and Food programme) is a Department for Education funded project, it's aim is to provide activities and healthy food to families on low incomes so that the children do not go without a meal in the holidays and have access to enriching activities. This contract is for a digital platform for one year, plus two periods of optional twelve-month extensions each, and supports delivery of the HAF programme in Suffolk. The platform: • Enables activity providers to create listings, detailing their offer to families. • Enables parents to book activities directly with the provider and manage their bookings • Enables HAF staff to review bookings and administrate the programme through the digital platform • Allows for management information and data to be collated and used for DfE returns and internal monitoring ## Contract award
