Living and Lived Experience Panel Facilitator

Description

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council), on behalf of the Edinburgh Alcohol and Drug Partnership, wished to put in place a contract with a single Provider (an individual or organisation) to facilitate a Lived-and-living-Experience Panel. The aim of this co-production is to improve the quality of Drug and Alcohol recovery services by ensuring that they are informed by lived and living experience of substance use, service use and recovery. Lot 1: The Council sought to appoint a single Provider (Individual or Organisation) to deliver the specified service. An open procurement process was followed where by the Single Procurement Document (SPD) was utilised to identify suitable Tenderers in terms of compliance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and/or the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016/PR(S)A14. The minimum standards and any other requirements were set out in the Tender documents & Contract Notice. Thereafter an Award Criteria and Pricing evaluation was undertaken to select the tender which represent the best overall value for money.
