Description
ROR Innkjøp hereafter called the contracting authority, is a procurement collaboration consist ing Aukra, Molde, and Rauma Municipalities. In addition Molde vann og avløp KF, Molde eiendom KF and the fire collaboration Nordmøre og Romsdal brann og redning IKS (NORBR) are included. The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement for the procurement of workwear, gloves, protective gloves, and shoes for employees in the engineering sector. The engineering sector is, in this context, defined as employees in the technical departments in the municipality such as Molde urban operations, water and sewage, properties management, sports and recreation, cleaning, traffic wardens, etc. (the list is not exhaustive). The largest users of the contract will be Molde vann og avløp KF, Molde eiendom KF, and municipal engineering in Aukra and Rauma Municipalities. In addition the contract covers the fire collaboration Nordmøre og Romsdal brann og redning IKS (NORBR). The contract can also be used by units within health, for example employees in the home care service and employees in shared housing. This will primarily concern outer clothing such as fleece jackets and shell jackets. Lot 1: The workwear, shoes, protective equipment and gloves included in the delivery must be of good quality and functional for daily use for employees in the municipal engineering sector. and withstand rough use in accordance with the field of work in the engineering sector. Products covered by this agreement are work trousers, t-shirts, sweaters, coveralls, parkas and pilot jackets, rainwear, work gloves, protective equipment, safety shoes and boots. Some entities can need to include several articles within this product group. Clothing for the fire-fighting service is not included in the framework agreement. The volume for this contract is estimated to approx. NOK 600 000 per annum. The volume is based on statistics for 2019. The following distribution is estimated between the units: Aukra Municipality approx. 10 % Molde Municipality approx. 30 % Molde vann og avløp approx. 40 % Molde eiendom KF approx. 10 % Rauma Municipality approx.10 % As NORBR was established on 01.01.2020, we have not included them in this estimate, but the volume they procured in 2019 will be included in Molde municipality's figures. The estimated scope in the tender documentation is non-binding for the contracting authority, nor does it give any rights to the tenderer. The volumes are meant as an indication of the contract's size and scope. See Annex 3 — Price Sheet, which includes the estimated annual volume for the articles that are currently used by the entities within the engineering sector that are covered by this contract.
