The domestic property portfolio of the Council comprises a mixture of social housing (approximately 13,785 properties in number) and other properties. The Council has 25 properties containing passenger lifts (made up of high rise and sheltered properties). Scope • Planned Lift Maintenance • Responsive Lift Repairs Structure The Council has concluded that its requirements are best achieved by procuring a Framework Agreement with a single Contractor delivering all elements (repair and maintenance). This provides continuity of responsibility including repair and maintenance. The following shows the structure of the Framework: Description of the Works Lift Installation Upgrades The following programme of lift upgrades is expected to be delivered via this Estimated Value & Volumes The following information is intended to assist bidders. It should be noted that the estimated values and volumes are indicative only, and may change dependent on demand and budget. It should be noted that there is no guarantee that these volumes will remain unchanged; and will be dependent upon demand.
