Further Competition KNH-003-16-063 - Category 16 - Landscaping - Dewsbury Civic Space - Memorial Gardens Steps. To design, supply and install two sets of steps as per the drawings provided by Kirklees Landscape Architects: • Central Steps - opposite the War Memorial are intended to be a focal point; large and functional for Remembrance Services. • Southern Steps - these provide access at the lower part of the gardens by the subway and open up access at the corner. This Contract was run as a Further Competition from the Dynamic Purchasing System (KNH-003) for Construction Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Ancillary Services. This commenced on the 12th June 2019 for a period of 60 months, with a provision to extend the DPS for up to five (5) further twelve (12) month periods (the "DPS Period") and is therefore open throughout the period of validity of the purchasing system to any economic operator that satisfies the selection criteria. All Suppliers invited to this opportunity passed the minimum requirements of the Dynamic Purchasing System OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 114-278841 for the applicable Categories.
