The system will be integrated with the Housing Bank of Norway's case management system (Startskudd). The contract will be valid for 2 years + a 1 year option. Justification for awarding a contract without a contest: After a search in the market we believe that there are no other tenderers who can offer loan administration for start loans and subsidies. Any objections must be sent to Karmøy Municipality through the Mercell portal by 30.4.2019.
