Provision of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Historic Environment Scotland (HES) has awarded a contract for the provision of a customer relationship management system. The purpose of this contract will be to organise and automate business processes to enable HES to manage all aspects of its membership and other customer-related relationships and their activities from desktop and mobile platforms. The services to be provided will include: - Membership Management - Fundraising & Donation Management - Gift Aid Declaration Processing - Direct Debit Processing & Payment Gateway - Marketing & Communication Management - Website Integration and Portals
