Adults Positive Pathways (Thurrock Alliance)

Description

This is a contract award notice and is intended to provide notice of NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (herein "the Authority")'s intention to award a contract to deliver the provision of Adults Positive Pathways (Thurrock Alliance)) service for Mid and South Essex to the patients within the Thurrock geographical footprint. The contract is for 6-month from 1st April 2025 to 30th April 2025 awarded under DAP C (to enable completion of planned procurement). The aggregate contract value is forecasted at£169,879. Lot 1: The Positive Pathways Service supports adults in the community on a short-term basis to stay well and thrive. We accept professional referrals from GP surgeries, Mental Health Practitioners, Social Prescribers and NHS Community Mental Health Teams. The contract is for 6-month from 1st April 2025 to 30th April 2025 awarded under DAP C to the existing provider (to enable completion of planned procurement). The aggregate contract value is forecasted at£169,879.
