Description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) sought to establish a multi Supplier Framework Contract for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services. This was developed to improve the way in which the Public Sector and the Wider Public Sector purchase FM services. This was the first framework to fall under the umbrella of the FM Marketplace. The FM Marketplace is a number of FM contracts accessible by an online digital portal. The Framework consists of 1 Lot split into 3 sub-Lots 1a-1c. This Framework Contract is to replace the current FM Services framework RM1056, which is due to expire in July 2019. The Framework Contract will be a straightforward, transparent route to market which will offer more opportunities for FM Organisations large and small, and increase the commercial benefits. The Framework Contract removes the need for suppliers to demonstrate UK wide coverage, breaking down the United Kingdom into geographical boundaries. The requirement is for all suppliers to provide all of the mandatory Services.
