Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are keen to further understand where the market stands in terms of an upcoming opportunity for a Solar PV Canopy and EV Charging Hub at Drummond Street Car Park, Rotherham, S65 1HP, on a building contract and concession contract basis. An initial Request for Information (RFI) was issued in March 2023 for the same project and the information provided was extremely helpful. This RFI seeks to expand on the last exercise by gathering more knowledge and data that potential suppliers can provide in terms of options, structure and project viability.
